From beginning to end the customer service was excellent. I had one of my best home buying experiences and I have bought several homes.
Alesia was personable and helpful in thinking creatively in solving some of our unique borrower issues.
You dragged your feet and didn’t start work until we decided to go to another mortgage company. In the meantime the interest rate went up.

I joined the Silverton Mortgage team in 2010 as a branch manager and the rest, as they say, is history. The fact that every day is different, with new clients and challenges, is what I love most about my job. While helping all families achieve home ownership is my goal, I especially enjoy helping veterans with their mortgage needs. I appreciate all who have served and helping them become homeowners is an honor.
