Very helpful and able to explain everything in a way I could understand.
The requesting and follow up of documents was very disorganized. A checklist of required items would have been better than several “I forgot about this” emails.
Alesia is so on top of everything and making sure to get things done ON TIME!! She is the best.
Responses are quick to me as the agent and my clients. Alesia does her best to be available when calling for a new client or updating and existing one.

I started my banking career in 1994 as a customer service representative before becoming a mortgage broker in 2005. I joined the Silverton Mortgage team in 2010 as a branch manager and the rest, as they say, is history. The fact that every day is different, with new clients and challenges, is what I love most about my job. While helping all families achieve home ownership is my goal, I especially enjoy helping veterans with their mortgage needs. I appreciate all who have served and helping them become homeowners is an honor.
