Alesia was so comforting when it came to explaining paperwork and numbers to me! It never seemed like she was my lender, simply a friend who was willing to help.

I am not sure it was her fault but the idea that the PMI was changed only 30 minutes before closing was unacceptable and that is the reason for not giving great remarks..She worked very hard on this transaction and was easy to talk to.

The fact that every day is different, with new clients and challenges, is what I love most about my job. While helping all families achieve home ownership is my goal, I especially enjoy helping veterans with their mortgage needs. I appreciate all who have served and helping them become homeowners is an honor.
