So sorry you feel that way! That promise is still available once interest come down enough to make a refinance worth it for you. Transfer of servicing is a normal everyday part of the mortgage world and is something that happens on every home...

The time i worked with them was very hard and so lost but they helped me understand so I could learn what I was doing. they help they gave was great. even when I did get mad. they did great work. I got my home!
