Ale is kind, knowledgeable, fast to respond, and easy to contact whenever i needed her. Communication was important to me. Ale also had a great relationship with my realtor which also helped.

Our process went very smoothly and we closed four days earlier than expected. Our lender was very easy to work with and she answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
