It was really more Kristie your partner, who was rude, late in communication, or failed to communicate on many levels. To be honest, I would never recommend this company to any of my clients in the future.
No communication -- got our file mixed up with someone else, therefore closing was delayed 2 weeks.
Alan kept the process going even after I had given up

There was a lot of miscommunication that occurred during the transaction that ended up causing a closing delay of a week for buyers. We weren’t aware of a second delay until two hours prior to our already once rescheduled closing.
You were able to get us financed when others said they couldn’t.
