The process and fees were explained completely in an easy to understand format. The online submission made transferring information and documents quick and efficient.
Not well prepared ahead of time. Making closing date on time was at risk until the last minute. Stressful close.

AJ saved the day when our buyers loan was botched badly by Wells Fargo and they let us know the denial 2 days before closing. In the 2 weeks he promised, he turned that loan around and got us closed when he said he would.
