The step by step process when smooth and we were kept posted on everything

Although I found Christine very responsive, unfortunately, there were three instances where communication with other staff/officers was less than stellar. I wouldn't hear back for days and in once instance a full week.
Christine and Aimee were very good with communication and always got back to us in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service all around.
