It was fast hit a snag at the end that slowed the process down but that was due to the title company. Overall there was great communication fast responses and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.
Clearer explanation of when offered rates would actually lock in and what the actual cost(points) involved in achieving that rate.
