Very informative and quick to answer any questions.
Every question I had was answered in a timely manner and in simple terms, nothing was every over complicated.
I was helped from the beginning to end. If I had a question or any doubts, it was easy to get the answer or confirmation. The process of refinancing in my mind was intimidating, but it was so easy and so happy with my new rate.
