We had to explain several times to team members were our loan was in the process. We have received much clearer communication from other banks.
The process was detailed and very organized. Aimee and her team were always helpful and available for any questions. This loan was first home buyer Joan and Aimee and her team walked me through the process.
Excellent communication. Everyone in the office kept things on schedule & if there was ever an issue or hiccup, I knew immediately.
