The file closed on time and regular updates were given. No issues from sellers agents or borrowers. Lender accompanied borrowers on closing day.
Although I did not interact directly with Aide on this transaction since I represented the sellers, I do know that she is extremely diligent with her work and because of that, I never had to contact her to see where we were with the buyers....
