Process began in March and was not completed until Aug. Home value far exceeded loan amount. Credit and income were good. There really was no reason for the process to take so long. Every step that was taken required additional steps.
I refer all mortgage clients to Javier because he gets the job done and has many years experience in the business.
Good people and given the circumstances did their very best. I was/am not satisified with the changes in cash to close as we paid twice the quoted amount after the adjustments were made for closing.
