They helped me understand how to buy a hoy being a first time home buyer
Better communication from the beginning to end would have made this transaction have a lot less problems, along with collecting all income docs upfront before approval is issued and escrow is opened.
This was a 60 day escrow and we still closed one day late after myself, my client and the Buyers Agents had to PUSH PUSH PUSH to make sure this loan was keeping on track.
