Communication, speed, helpfulness,
Everything about our experience was great. From being able to meet personally, to walking through every step with lots of explanation. I never felt confused. Everything was easy.
The team was very professiona. Everyone was very nice and punctual about getting things that were beeded when needed in a timely manner. Everything was over the top satisfaction.
only had to send my documents once unlike other lending company who needed them seven or eight different times. answer the phone anytime you called and always responded very fast unlike other lending companies.
From the beginning to end everyone was super helpful. everyone was willing to answer all questions I had. The whole team went above and beyond my expectation.
