Communication and working with the customer to get them preapproved is imperative.
My loan was different than what I was expecting. I had asked clarifying questions and did not receive an answer during the process. When the notary came to my house to sign, the numbers were different than what we had agreed to.

The interest rate was my biggest issue. I have a great credit scor. Rate did not seem to reflect it. Adam was responsive and helped me to get the amount needed along with the woman who worked on the loan too.

I started in the mortgage business in 2007 after three years working in financial brokerage/investment. I am a graduate of the University of Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
