Communication via phone instead of just email. Also, the process was slow and tedious. By the time we closed the interest rates were down and we still had a higher rate.

My loan was sold and transferred even before my closing which was never disclosed by anyone and this only pis*** me of more because my original loan was sold 3x like a used car and I feel very disrespected so I'm not happy with amerisave in...

I started in the mortgage business in 2007 after three years working in financial brokerage/investment. I am a graduate of the University of Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
