    I feel the communication on the company side could have been more to keep me informed every step of the way. I did most of the calling and emailing Also, way to many people emailing wanting stuff from me and they could cut that down a bit.

    It was great not having to call automated lines and leave messages with machines. Adam and Kylie were both easy to reach and very responsive to make this process as smooth as possible.
