I was furloughed due to covid19. Lost a house I was under contract for because my previous lender wouldn’t finance me during “uncertain” times. Summit closed the deal without hesitation.
Up until a couple of days before closing, communication was prompt and up front. A ciupke of monetary surprises showed up at the end. Only thing keeping from a 5.
Better communication.
Adam communicated well with us through out the process of this loan.
