I'm certain you and your "team" are expecting this poor survey from me. I usually would never speak poorly of a situation, but I can not let this go unsaid. I am not interested in hearing from anyone from your office or team.

More communication, Actual advice that can be followed and not misinformation. Being more reachable. all the processes laid out not surprising us saying that we need more information late in the game.
