Adam and I have some mutual friends. Some are realtors and when i ask them about lending everyone says call Adam. I met him coincidentally at a sailing club and he answered every question immediately.
Adam got the job done. We closed escrow without a hitch. He explained the process and made it easy. He was very helpful, easy going and extremely patient.
