Had much better experiences obtaining mortgages on the past. I regret using crown mortgage. I was asked for far too much information and in the end I got a higher mortgage rate than expected. Also fees were extremely high. I should have never...

Catie and Kristen were very quick to respond to my questions. While the whole closing took much longer than anticipated (thank you Gov shutdown...), it was no fault of the team, and they kept me informed along the way.
