The only drawback is that the loan closing took over 6 months and required recertification. Most of this was out of our control. It's not a reflection on the Loan Officer.

Very helpful throughout the whole process.
The issue of multiple, conflicting appraisals is difficult for the applicant and reflects poorly on your company.
