He didn't communicate well. He had difficulty saying what amount the buyer could qualify for-repeatedly. And almost the entire transaction different obstacles kept coming up or off the blue that had a high probability of ruining the deal.
We were under a very short time frame to get everything done and it went perfectly

Abram's communication about the loan progress was the best I have ever had. Normally I have to remind the Loan Officer to keep me updated. I will definitely recommend Abram to my future clients.

The communication and personal service that Abram offered was great. I was not impressed with some of the information that I was required to submit. Overall, we closed on time and I am happy with the complete process.

I have been working in the mortgage industry since 2005 with various reputable lenders. As time has past, I have scaled down to smaller, more customer friendly mortgage companies. Currently, I am a Sr. Mortgage Advisor for Basis Lending LLC. I have localized my services to just AZ and CA. With the larger lenders (Quicken and LoanDepot) you do not get specialized service, nor do you get experienced loan officers. I focus my attention on a handful of clients every month instead of 20-30 in order to make a paycheck. My experience has given me a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of mortgage lending and allows me to think outside of the box to tailor loan programs to fit every individuals needs.
