Patient, understanding, knowledgeable, supportive, professional
The time period was excessively long. We had three different scheduled closing dates. The support person did not seem to have a good handle on our file and believe this compounded the time lapse.

Personal communication!! Never heard Aaron's voice once. A few texts and emails and then we primarily heard from the loan processor until the closing. The processor was also impersonal as she never called us either and would just email lists...
