What I liked most about Aaron is , he kept all parties updated throughout the process. Communication is very important to me. I was able to provide information to my client before he would ask. Very relaxed and fast closing.

Return phones and text messages. Provide explanation for delays instead of avoidance. You can give explanations without giving up any private information, by telling the truth and not being evasive. Your manager did that very well.
