In the end Aaron came throught very quickly with the approval and closing dates.
We are purchasing a home in Fla and are using the refi to purchase..needed money before our closing date in Fla..Aaron made it happen
Aaron was very helpful, he walked me through each element in detail and answered all of my questions. He need all of the first time home buyer programs and found the best mortgage for me
