Calls were not returned for days, team did not discuss locking in rates until I asked, team recommended not locking in even though rates were rising, emails kept referring to me as Nate which is not my name
I was constantly updated where we were at in the process, the team answered any and all of my questions I had along the way. They were great to work with and will definitely refer them to anyone I come across.
