After challlenges with previous loans (including CCM and other lenders ) Aaron stepped in very professional and closed the loan. He has been very professional despite challenges on both sides which I highly respect.
He was great! Easy to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable. He also came in and half a percent better rate than anyone else. Highly recommend!

The process was not smooth, or clear. The outcome at closing was not properly outlined. For example the Heloc funds to close was $127, 861.02. We close at $121, 000. with a difference of $8,000 from Origination fees. The loan was not paid at...
