The process took significantly longer than expected. We had a goal for a closing date and this was pushed back roughly three weeks; which caused a whole host of other issues to arise.
Everything was just super easy and explained very well. Everyone helped out a lot and got us a loan that fitted what we needed, not a blanket kind of loan I see banks give out.
The entire experience was made quick and simple.
