Communication was amazing, any question was answered timely. We didn't really have a lot of questions becasue every step of the process was explained in detailed.
Great communication
The communication was great. The most frustrating part was your text system... my husband and I got some texts and din't see others during the whole 45 day process.

Got the loan but not you but underwriter is not understanding and could use some different approaches to get and understand customer needs and how much they really demand about paperwork that some common sense would take care of
