I think people are overwhelmed with the level of work they have overall. We did everything we possibly could for a timely completion ended up having to send same documents over and over and closing was delayed causing delays in construction....

Everything went very fast and very easy. All involved did a great job. This is the 3 project that I have done with Evergreen and all have been very professionally completed.
