I have personally moved 10 times during my career and I fully understand the moving process from start to finish. I am one of the TOP Preferred Relocation Specialists that is in the forefront of the market with new transferees; a Certified Relocation Specialist both Nationally and Locally. I began my Real Estate career in New York and became a broker there in 1983. Interest rates were excessively high at the time topping almost 20%. I developed an expertise in creative financing and extensive knowledge in financial planning and helped many clients make successful moves into their new homes. I also worked directly with New Construction builders and out of state developers throughout the United States. I have also been involved in the development and sales of several full-scale communities. I have also been licensed in the Midwest and worked with New construction builders as well as Corporate Relocation handling numerous Residential Sales. I understand the complexity of selling your home, moving locally or out of state, purchasing and financing a new residence, and establishing yourself in a new environment. I have experienced these things first hand over ten times in the last 25 years in addition to assisting many others in their own personal moves. I came into the Real Estate business from a teaching and design background. I graduated from CW Post Center of Long Island University with a BFA in Fine Arts Education and Design. I also took undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado's Boulder campus. I have always had an active role in the community I have lived and worked; from the smallest of roles like creating a useful directory to larger ones like organizing the complete conversion of a neighborhood from oil heat to natural gas. In addition I have been involved in numerous fund-raising activities for local schools and several organizations. I bring to all my clients a wealth of knowledge and experience to help them successfully make their move as smooth as possible.
