Shane held my hand the whole time!

Shane Turner is the best loan officer I’ve ever worked with. He is SUPER friendly and honest and made himself available when it suited me. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

From the beginning Shane was upfront and personal like he was taking care of a family member. He was with us every step of the way. He was not my first choice but I am so glad I met him. He really went the distance.

Always honest, approachable and responsive

Shane made sure we understood the program completely at all times. He responded quickly with any questions we may have had, and he knows this program like the back of his hand. I highly recommend Shane Turner!!!

Shane was attentive to questions I had and was quick to respond. Shane was also knowledgeable on different loans 3 other mortgage brokers I spoke with had no idea about.

Shane showed no interest in guiding nor responding to me. He didn’t appear to know anything about my mortgage. I don’t think he ever had my file in front of him, when he was talking to me.The automated emails were totally inappropriate, e.I....
