My overall loan experience was wonderful. Patty was an awesome loan officer who answered all my questions even on the weekends. My only issue was the builder who is, let me not say. But Silverton Mortgage was great.

I did not care for the third party who was collecting my financial data. The conversation I had with them and their account of the conversation was misrepresented in an email back to Silverton. They tried to get me to do their job.
