Excellent customer service. Patty was very helpful in explaining any questions I had and keeping me up to date on what was going on with my loan. Even called after closing to congratulate me and make sure everything went smoothly!
Entire process was easy.
Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Everyone that we worked with was readily available by email or text. Emails, including videos, were very helpful.
