    The process was very easy. My only complaint would be the lack of communication during the process. A huge two thumbs up to Jennifer Prather as she was wonderful from customer service to answering or returning calls.

    Well, communication within your team is poor. We had to deal with several different people & we would get different answers from all of them! It seemed like an unorganized ordeal that stressed this first time home buyer out!
