Everyone was knowledgeable about the process, made sure we understood each step. Very pleasant team to work with.
The communication between Patty Williamson, Pyper McKlosky and us was excellent , they made the process smooth and kept us informed at all times .
I was nor notified of any changes. Got to closing and was told that it would have to be a mail away after it had already been sent for signing.
