Chuck and his team were on top of it. Anytime I had a question or concern, they either had the answer or knew where to get it. Super friendly. Doing things electronically now was pretty cool. Never had the butterflies about anything.

Impeccable staff with knowledge and courttsey to spare. Made this mess of home buying so much easier for our first home buying experience.
Pyper was excellent, she assisted me when it came to my student loan company giving me the run around. I was impressed to say the least.
Just stellar all around. Even the one glitch that happened was fixed promptly. Night and day difference from the experience we had recently with the company that we refinanced with in 2017.
Overall I was satisfied with the service, they were times of confusion, however, it was due to My not understanding fully of the process.
If the last question would let me, I would chose all of the above. Knowledgeable, professional, good communication, integrity, and rates. This is the second time we have worked with chuck walden’s team. I would recommend them to anyone!
Extremely pleased with Chuck and his team! Jennifer and Pyper worked my deal which wasn't easy and made it happen! Looking forward to working with them again on next purchase.
