Couple veteran benefits if known. Waiving the title fee for disabled vets can be retroactive waived if disability claim is processed covering the time mortgage is signed

He was very accommodating considering we were doing all of this while being in Germany and not going through it before. He made time on a Sunday to take a call and always responded quickly to any message we sent.
