I know that Justin was probably in touch with our agent more often than he was in touch with us, but more direct communication would have been better for us.
Justin and team made the loan process simple and straightforward. Mostly everything was administered electronically and they were always available the same day to answer questions .
Confirming employment took forever, and our repeated, clear instructions on who to contact were ignored. I think the number of middlemen in this transaction was a major issue.
