she is very welcoming, responsive and available. i know most lenders would not offer their time after hours, weekends or will call every now and then. made things a little easier on us

I can't blame Nicki's but dealing with some previous reps I wasn't made aware of a number of expenses that I'd have to pay. Maybe they werw were in the fine print but I wasnt wasn't adequately advised of the money I'd be spending in the future....
