Jon was on top of everything. The whole process went smoothly. Had one issue and he took care of it without any hiccups. We closed on time and he was there at closing. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home loan.

Despite having solid credit, income and cash I had to back out of a deal because Jon gave all information last minute or after it was needed. This purchase was a 203K loan on a HUD house so information was key and the sale is more detail oriented...

FHA consultants are a third-party and I cannot control their schedules, unfortunately. It’s best on a 203k or other renovation loan to line up an appointment before you’re under contract to avoid these delays. It’s problematic to change loan...
