Communication was excellent. Always got back to me ASAP with answers to my questions. Not only Brandon made this experience great but his whole team made the loan process very easy. Would definitely refer potential clients to P.R.M.I.
Ridiculous amount of requests for the same information once a week during the process. Also, the 3 hr course for someone who has owned a home in the past is unnecessary.
