Quick and easy
Brandon did everything he could to make it a quick and easy process, it's the back office people that couldn't get their act together
Brandon could have been a lot more responsive. He was great the first time we closed on the house but I wasn't nearly as impressed during the refinancing process.
Everyone was very helpful and made my first home purchase very easy and pleasant , thanks again Brandon and Ryan and everyone else who helped with the process :)
