Bo recommended paying off other debt. At first I balked, but when he explained the difference it made sense. Also, Bo took the time to be at the closing. Nice to be able to put a face to the voice on the phone.

The process of getting the home loan was fairly easy. Bo and his team did a great job of communicating what paperwork they needed and it was easy to upload / send. If I had any questions or concerns Bo was available anytime to help.
