Working with the VA can be challenging. Adam and the entire staff were an amazing, calming group and a blessing to have navigating these waters.
Truly once I got past the realization of the bombardment of emails immediately...lol...every step left me at ease whenever I got any nerves. The whole staff was just calming and a blessing through something so foreign.
I was a first timer with all the first timer questions someone was always available to walk me through what could be an overwhelming process for anyone.
Adam was available to answer my questions in a timely manner. He always returned phone calls and stressed to call him with any further questions I might have.
