Experience felt a little impersonal

We did not receive consistent and accurate communication about tax documentation. I was asked many questions and received incorrect information that ended up pushing our closing date back.

Efficient and very helpful. We asked for a sooner closing date and they got it done! Any questioned or concerns were answered and cared for. Great to work with.
