Born and raised in Chesterfield County Virginia, the son of a long-time custom home builder and grandson of a successful Real Estate Agent, Zach Ridout has the ideal foundation to buying and selling homes. Over the course of 40 years of running a successful custom home building business together, Zach's father and grandfather taught him the value of commitment, collaboration and entrepreneurship. Zach took this entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real state and became a realtor with Harris & Associates in 2020.
