With a valid general contractor license, I am able to tell my client every pros or defect of the house. I also make suggestions on the potential of remodeling if my buyer has the intent. You rarely can find another real estate broker who has the same level of knowledge on building maintenance. A skilled negotiator and communicator, my client's satisfaction always comes first, and I strive for excellence in everything I do. I am very familiar with Eastside (Bellevue, Clyde Hill and Medina especially) and the city of Seattle.
